They always make sure they have plenty of operators on hand to answer the calls, so callers do NOT have to be on hold for long periods of time like a lot of other services do. This is also a great company to work for!
Custom Communications is the worst place ever to work! Pay is low for the responsibility of taking medical calls, changing instructions in the system, and handling an alarm company's calls. The owners are not supportive of their staff. If there are call-outs and no one can be found to replace the employees, the owners (husband & wife team) will rarely come in but demand that the few on duty...
