I contacted Ms. Curtze. She said my situation is easy, it would take her 5 min, it will be completed by the end of the week, and cost under $100. She said she'd ""get right on it"". That week came and went. So did the next several weeks. I called numerous times and my inquiries were ignored. Finally I left a msg saying I don't need the service anymore since you didn't do it and you are not responding to any of my calls. Eventually some minion called to collect the $500 deposit, so they could start the job. I understand retainers, billing and refunding unused balance. This is not an issue...
