My service advisor, Adam, explained all tests and what replacement parts were needed. He had to order one part, so I secured a rental vehicle, a 2016 Sonic, which really impressed me. It was far roomier than I expected and it ran like a dream. Very professional and courteous.

I came into the dealership, due to a recall letter being sent to me, regarding defective seatbelt locks. The wait was not very long, in fact the guy told me it would be 2-3 hour service, which was accurate, I wanted a car wash and it was honored as well.
