The reason that I have gone to Cummins for years is their service. Once an appliance has a problem, they are out there is a couple days (with the warranty). They will keep coming back and work with you until the issue is resolved. With the new appliances i.e. front loading washers, I found that service is a necessity. The sales team told me my washer was the best and I've had FIVE service calls...
