My husband and I live in a terrible area for water. We trusted Cummings to give us the best advice. They urged us to try a bit deeper, and gave us the reasons why. I am so glad we took their advice, they knew what they were talking about. Without their knowledge on ""what to look for"" we may have stopped short. Additionally while paying the bill to them, they always treated you like a person...not a number. I recommend them to everyone.
