This is an update. It has now been months since my basement was flooded twice ruining all if the flooring and some of the trim in my lower floor. They have still not remedied the situation. I am going to hire outside contractors to remove their equipment as the water quality has also dropped …

I had some of the best services by the Culligan delivery driver, Steve, who works out of Tukwila. I'v always gotten my water on time and when I run out, I never have had to wait for more then a couple days.
