I had moved into the Taunton facility in July, after pre-booking the room online. Brian & Laurette were great! They made me feel welcome and explained some extra options for my storage unit.

They got me set up right away, the storage unit was clean and ready to move in...plus its accessible for me when I need to get in.

The customer service is the best! The prices increase but are still lower than most competitors in the area. The hours of operation are convenient and the employees are always helpful!

The facility staff has always been very helpful when ever i have had an issue or concern.

two winters ago my storage container was blocked by the pile of snow from the plow. when i brought it to the facility managers attention he not only assured me it would not happen again but removed the snow pile himself to give me access to my container. last winter we had a heavy snow fall and sure...

Convenient hours, pleasant service from all the staff I've ever interacted with, and diligent attempts to reach me whenever there is a problem with billing. I've kept my stuff here for four years now and couldn't be happier and would recommend it to anyone.

I've had issues in the past with storage places, but when I called to reserve a unit the gentlemen was very nice. When we got there he was so kind an helpful. I would recommend this place.
