While this is a good location and one of the only wine storages in the Uptown area, the staff is inflexible and unfriendly. The hours are odd and sometimes times the times seem to be more of a guideline than a rule. Along with the other reviewers, I would strongly recommend going somewhere else for your storage needs.

DO NOT STORE HERE!!!!!!!We have been at this storage unit for 2 years now. We just got a $20 rate increase on our already expensive $167 a month charge for our 10x10. Nice place to storage stuff that need a lot of attention. :) They have a good system of AC/Hit for the different seasons. Secuirity System than make you feel so safe with your belongings 24 hours. And Location in uptown, just center for anywhere in Dallas City.
