One star is over rating this place. We ignored these reviews and went there anyway. We were showed one unit, and when we asked if there were others available the man blew up at us saying there were other units but we could rent this one or nothing. The woman who works there yells at customers. Not a pleasant place to do business!

I would never go to this place again. The customer service is awful. After the access code didn't work to get in, the couple that owns it ran out and verbally assaulted me and my girlfriend who is 6 months pregnant. There are other better local storage units to support.

Very unprofessional owners, the old couple that run the place don't seem to understand the concept of customer service. They yelled at me on several occasions. I would never recommend this place to anyone. The storage complex is very tight, I could never imagine a 20 + ft U-Haul making it into the place.
