first time cruise - they made it so easy

I had never cruised before but now I can't wait to go on a million more. I was nervous about working with a travel agent, but Dawn made everything so easy and I got a better price than what I found online. She was prompt and efficient and SO nice (and when she was on vacation the customer service department took care of me). I already have my next one booked with her!
