Historic but did not meet expectations

Tiny room, noisy a/c, and guests using pool till 1 am made for a fitful night's sleep. Terrific staff, very nice breakfast and location. Sadly, not worth it.

Very nice small hotel

We greatly enjoyed the hotel in all respects -- just off the busy parts of town (short walk), extremely helpful welcome orientation to the hotel and town, a generous wine and cheese reception nightly, very good breakfast, and a charming room. The facility was very nice, not elegant but in character with Provincetown. A great weekend vacation spot we'd be happy to do again soon.

From check-in to check-out everything was great. Room was very comfortable and clean. Location is perfect. Park your car and it's a 2 minute walk to the center of town. Full breakfast every morning, and wine and cheese social in the afternoon goes above and beyond most hotels. Would definitely recommend.

Checked in and was definitely frowned at for booking through Expedia. Was given a room at the furthest side of property that thanks to position required walking through muddy yard to get to. Had a view of a community parking lot. Room was small. Too small. Was basically a doorway and the bed which was not comfortable and NOT a queen. Excellent service and food

We really enjoyed the cocktail hour offering and the full service breakfast was awesome. The mineral bath, sauna and steam room are totally relaxing. We took advantage of a package to combine dinner and massages for one great rate -- excellent program.
