I guess its not the hotel's fault the computers were down and they weren't able to issue us keys. So when ever we wanted to leave the room or go to the gym or anything we had to call the manager to be let back into our room. You would think they would have at least discounted the parking for...

Definitely a hotel to avoid. We picked this hotel based on the reasonable pricing, and it's location to the Riverwalk. While the hotel was a little dated it was nice and the room was comfortable. However upon arriving at the hotel we decided not to pay for valet and were directed to the parking garage which is across the street....
