I will start with the bad.
I had to move three times due to varrious problems with the rooms. The first room, the door lock was not working and would take more the half an hour to repair, so they moved me, the second room had no T.V. in it so obviously that wouldn't work, but the third room they moved me to was perfect! OK, adequate, no complaints

Stayed one week. No complaints. Situated on hill on one of the main roads to the west of Omaha. You need a car to get around and get out and about. I had a massive room, with enormous bed and kitchenette area. Clean and comfortable.

My first few stays here were impressive. Over the past 2 years, the service has gone downhill. Security is very lax - people are able to access the pool area and then the rest of the hotel from an unsecured outside door. Management is aware, but approve of this as outside interests are giving swimming lessons to area children
