My staff and I recently had a retreat/luncheon at the hotel and restaurant has a great buffet or a reasonble price which included the tea or coffee. I would recommend this place for food and service.

My stay here was great. My wife and I had room service and stayed on the top floor for the elite service they offer. It was great. although we did have to complain about the smell of marijuana smoke coming from the hallway.

I fell in love with this hotel. The people who work there bend over back wards for you. one of the best hotels i have ever stayed in. I went to charlotte with a couple of friends. we were with in walking disance from the bars and the bus station. i LOVE LOVE this hotel thanks for a awesome stay.
