Best service ever!!!

One of my friends from the office gave me Crown Limo's number and since then (2 years ago)it've been just a great experience. I know is a family business and I always have David or Daisy on the phone, they are nice, friendly and helpfull. It's great to have friendly people over the phone and really nice drivers. They are always realiable and on time, even last minute things they always find a car for me. Sometimes I arrive at SeaTac @2:00AM, or I have to be pick up @ 3:30AM, and they always have a nice and clean car for me. I'm so thankful with them and so lucky because I found that wonderful company for my transportation needs.

I normally never do reviews, but after read Katie's review I have to do it! I've been using Crown Limousine for most than a year now; those guys are wonderful, they are always on time, they are helpful and they are a blessing for me and my family. The dispatchers and drivers are great people, they are like friends for us. I don't know what happenned with Katie but me, my family and some friends are so happy with them. We will never use somebody else, ever and we totally recommen Crown Limousine.

I arranged for Crown Limo to take me and my family to the airport as well as pick us up when we returned from our trip. When the Crown Limo driver dropped us off at the airport, I paid him the agreed-upon $80 fee. Two weeks later when we got back, I contacted Crown Limo to inquire where our car was. The dispatcher (Daisy) told me that there would be no car because we had not paid the total agreed-upon rate of $80 on our ride to the airport. I tried to explain to her that I had paid this amount and she did not believe me and was extremely rude. I did NOT appreciate having to find transportation for my whole family with many pieces of luggage after flying home from a 12 hour transatlantic flight. I will never use Crown Limousine for anything in the future, nor will I recommend them. Their service is NOT reliable.
