Get, everything in writing don't believe them when they tell you they will take care of it. If they tell you ,your car will take 6 or 8 day it's more like 10 or 11 days. They have very bad communcations skills, once your car is in there shop you wont hear from them in any way ,that is why I say get it in writing. When time comes to pick your car up you think everything they tell you they will have done isn't completed and they will make every excuse in the world that they don't know why it wasn't done .Bottom line is your car comes out of there not what they say they will do. The work they have completed on it is very good, just not what they promised, the way they would handle your damages. When someone smiles and say don't worry we will take care of it, that's time to worry with this shop.
