I brought my vehicle in for service in Jan and the mechanic's note says,"pull all 4 wheels and inspect brakes. Fronts OK at 80 percent. Rears need to be replaced."

Great Service - almost a "5" rating

Great customer service servicing my 2013 Fusion. Feedback for improvement. The last couple of times I've had my car serviced one of the valve stem caps has been missing. It would be nice if they replaced it to achieve a "5" on the survey.
