I agree with all of the above comments. Barbie is a SPACE CADET. You will basically have to do her job for yourself. She is lazy and will only really work if there is a paycheck involved for her. If you want an easy house hunting process do not use Barbie. Terrible!!

My best advise to anyone who wants to rent a property from this company is... DO NOT rent from them. They will not give you back your security deposit not to mention the properties are not worth the amount of rent they are charging. I figured by them being a "christian realty company" we were safe to rent from them... WRONG!!! We passed our move out inspection we did everything by the lease...
