Very shady towing company. Never enter a voluntary contract with them. They overcharge either you and will not bill your insurance. They try to charge you for extra fees at every opportunity. They are not honest people. Idaho Falls Police uses them, so beware. Ask for another company if you can. Cross Towing is a full den of scammers.
