i've been using these guys for a couple of years since moving into my house. they're always on time and get the job done on time. i've only used them for seasonal maintenance (no repairs yet). they're informative and give me pointers on how to do my own maintenance.
We have used Cropp Metcalfe for heating and air conditioning work and have been extremely happy with the work. They do residential plumbing, AC, and heating. They are a bit pricey, but worth the service, as compared to others I have used over the years.
