Dr. Brittain is a wonderful physician. I respect his opinions because he stays up to date on research, studies and alternative medicine. If you want a mainstream, cookie cutter doctor, he isn't for you. If you want someone who cares, thinks independently and does his research, he's you man.

At first I thought Dr. Brittain was terrific. He seemed kind & listened well. But he would tell me one thing regarding medication, then his staff would tell me another. These miscommunications led to lapses in medication that I took daily & depended on. He's very friendly and personable--too much so for me. If you want someone to hold your hand and hear your life story, he's your doctor. I found that invasive and creepy, so looking to change gyns. Not to mention it often took multiple phone calls and voice mail tag just to get a prescription refill.

Dr. Brittain is the absolute best. His chairside manner is comforting and he speaks to you as a person. He is not condescending, he explains everything and works with the utmost compassion. His staff reflect his work ethic and care of the patient. They are also very easy to talk to and very kind. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
