My best friend took 2 of her cats & her dog to be groomed last week. Well needless to say both cats were butchered - they look horrible & they were shaved down to their bare skin. Her dog was even worse - they shaved his under carriage - down to the skin & then some! My best friend called to complain & was told NOT TO CALL BACK! She had to take her dog to the Brandon Animal Clinic yesterday 06-08-09 for medical attention - Needless to say after paying Critters $170 for the grooming - She had to pay the Vet another $84.50 to treat her dog (visit & 2 different types of meds). SO PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR ANIMALS - OF ALL KINDS TO CRITTERS - I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO GROOM A SEWER RAT! Also, there has been a complaint filed with the BBB!

I have been taking my two dogs to them for two years now. I have a Schnauzer and wire hair Jack Russell. I've taken them to "Pretty Puppy" and they buzzed my Schnauzer instead of doing her Schnauzer cut. (You can imagine how unhappy I was that her grown out skirt was completely buzzed). They do not know how to groom a dog, I have a maltese and she looks awful..Her hair is all uneven, They didn't cut under her arms...I had to go home and finish trimming her!!! For $35.00 you would think they would do a better job!!!Poor thing hasn't to wear a sweater until her hair grows out!!! I don't recommend!!!
with waiting times of up to a week, what's the point of calling them. They stay booked up to a week in advance and are always booked at least three days.
Staff does not care to work your pet in, they have more business than they can handle so new customers mean little to them.
Bonnie has groomed my baby a number of times and we love her! Gidget looks wonderful every time!! And she always puts the little bows in her hair and i just love that! Also, on her very first visit she gave me a snippet of her hair and a bow and it said "very first haircut". How can you beat that? bonnie is the best, hands down! We will be there next weekend, definitely!
