Stopped in here a few days ago to pick up a wig for my daughter's Halloween costume... (yes, they have a pretty nice sized selection of Halloween stuff -new, not used, from what I could tell). Paid $10 for a long blond wig (to be turned into Axl Rose, NOT a princess - just to be clear). Not sure how that price compares to actual Halloween stores - will have to check that out in my travels.

This place is pretty picked over- maybe it's because it's in a nicer neighborhood- or maybe it's just disorganized because they get a TON of donations. Either way, I was underwhelmed. The staff was very nice. The drop off donation area is BONKERS on nice Saturdays in the Spring.
