Heres the bottom line, the company does good things but the leadership is poor. I worked for this company for 2 years and was a supervisor. Sure they do good things for the community but at the expence of their employees. The company has a high turn-around rate because they work you to death. Talk about sour grapes. You obviously weren't a fit for CIS and didn't get their principles. Good thing you left. I was a CIS employee for over 1 1/2 yrs. I have worked for this company and they are simply a highly decorated security company that charges too much and pays their employees too little.
