Hotel Sax's lobby lounge nails a neo-Victorian look.

In Short The hotel's pristine white lobby gives way to a much darker space, the spacious lounge, featuring walnut floors, paneled and textured walls, blood-red rugs, puckered sateen perches and floor-to-ceiling glass panels emblazoned with Victorian markings. Generous high boys near the bar seat five, but most opt for loungier options peppered throughout. Hotel guests mingle over... more

After she left I got the manager after I saw the... more

It's interesting that of Crimson's five 5-star reviews, none is by a user who has written anything else. Maybe this bar is so great that it inspires people to join Citysearch just to sing its praises. The sort of people who write, "The girls were hot and nice instead of pretentious and the guys were cute and classy." They work in the marketing department.

loved that i could go there after work and get greeted with a friendly smile and then escorted to a table.
The waitresses were at the front door saying hi and walking our party in. so nice!
When i asked the manager where the bathroom was(he was wearing a suit so i assumed) he put my arm in his and walked me to the restroom. I have to go back just to see if he is working there and get his name.... more
