My experience with Crime Alert Security

I will continue to be a customer of Crime Alert Security but I don't like the way they do their billing. I have had their service for a year and have never seen an invoice explaining my fees. I signed a contract for electronic funds transfer and my service to be $29.99 per month but have never seen an explaination of the taxes or fees associated with my service. Once I fell behind and never even saw a bill when I was behind!
