Cricket Yard Equipment is listed as an authorized dealer for Husqvarna chain saws. Ours has been running fine, used it for 1 1/2 hours, next day it would not start. Called Cricket and they said to bring it in, that they would get it running again. My wife dropped it off, and again they said they would get it running again. A week later I called. They said to give them 5 more days. On Friday they said they could not fix it, that I would be better off buying a whole new chain saw.
