I took my car (2002 Infinity I35) in for a right front wheel bearing and hub assy replacement. Bought car in May 2007. They didn't mention prev owner didn't change oil & smoke came out tailpipe - info was in their system @ time of purchase. Took in Nov & said nothing wrong. Took in again after noises got loud to Sewell & they told me motor was bad. Sewell sent me back to Crest and I got stuck on 75 during rush hour 7 mo. pregnant! Cried my eyes out. This is the worst place to take your Infinity for repairs. The mechanics did do a good job on the repairs, but the management is awful! If you have any problem at all, they are not willing to help you. I do not recomend going here to anyone!

PROS: none
CONS: Everyhting that can go wrong will go wrong.
