When you contact an agent with questions regarding a property (also stating that we had great interest and a pre-approved VA home loan), you at least expect a call back even if the property is listed as 'sale pending' a day and a half later. We were prepared to offer above asking price, but we never given the chance. Or the courtesy of letting us know that the home was off the market. Really...
