Working with them after my mother passed was a pleasant experience. They were kind, respectful, knowledgeable, and helpful. I would definately recommend using their services.

I went to the St. Paul, MN location and urns didn't have prices posted. Grant told me services had to be paid in advance. Not what the TV ads say. Do yourself a favor and go to an experienced funeral home.

They gave my friend the wrong baby's ashes. When I sent an email regarding it, no one responded. They are AWFUL. I will tell anyone that will listen what they did, and how they didn't even acknowledge my correspondence regarding such a sensitive issue.
