Phenomenal Service & Cutest Wigs Ever!! I TOTALLY disagree with ANY negative reviews about this salon. I only wish I found Creative Wigs sooner... I spent thousands on ""custom made"" hairpieces from supposedly the best places in Los Angeles and I hated how they looked. I agree with Krystle. Creative Wigs is the worst wig shop ever. There are several older ladies that work on 11th East that need to quit. I went in with a new cancer diagnosis and was treated poorly. I was so distraught that I left in tears. Mary Nichols must know someone -there would be no other reason for her to promote you. Maybe her television exposure of you will help sour attitudes. Anyone need a wig-go somewhere else! There are plenty of good wig shops out there. SERIOUSLY DO CANCER PATIENTS BOTHER YOU?
I have cancer. My first experience was with the shop on 11th East. I have never met such rude people in all my life. I was anxious about the whole cancer diagnosis and was not familiar with wig care. Talk about feeling dumb! They did not explain anything about heat ruining the wig! I bought several from them and always felt like a burden. Good thing Mary Nichols is coming there. It will help your bad reputation. I now go to a good wig shop in Salt Lake. Also looks like there are some new fresh faces at the shops-much overdue. GOOD REVIEW MUST BE FROM FAMILY MEMBER-sign me-NEVER GO BACK!
