one of the best design build firms on east coast
We recently did an $85,000 major remodel. Alex's design capability was amazing. Having one person do the design,ordering of materials, scheduling the crews and project managing was invaluable. The entire office staff was always on their game. Very few mistakes. Handled all our concerns in a prompt, courteous, and polite mannor. We made several changes during construction. Alex explained the costs to redo work already done and was fair in pricing every step of the way. To use anyone else would be a mistake. Everyday I walk into my kitchen I smile! :-)

best remodel experience I ever had
Alex was the most professional contractor I have ever met. He was always prompt and kept his word every step of our project.
We did a 75K kitchen remodel. All workers were clean and courteous. The workmanship was second to no one. The design should win an award. Having done several projects before while using his competitors, he was the least expensive and provided the best investment we could have ever made.
WOW- I wish we had found Creative Nook sooner.

typical contractor but expensive
Alex has great ideas but in the end the Creative Nook is just a typical contractor only more expensive. When there are issues they do not return calls or they schedule appointments that they do not keep. You do not get what you pay for with the Creative Nook.

When I read the Waynehomeowners review I was hesitant to use The Creative Nook for the task of re-doing our kitchen and master bathroom, but my husband and I could not have been any happier with the team we were introduced to. They were there promptly when we needed them (I called Alex on his cell a few times, even on the weekends) and I was happily surprised with how great the prices were...
We used Creative Nook to do our kitchen and addition in 2001.Then we did our master bath and bedroom renovation in 2004.We then did our 2 hall bathrooms in 2008. They were great, on time, and professional during every project. That's why we only use this company to work on our house. We give them a 5 star rating! (Hide)
