They are creative with your money. Liens on house, subs walking off the job, hot checks, poor quailty, lies, still having problems with the quailty of work on our house ... if you use them get an attorney, you will need them. Rating them with 1 star is being very nice.. they need an negative star

Use Creative Homes if you want a "standard" house, leins, hot checks, subs walking off the job, lies, incomplete work. We had a horrible experience.. Would not suggest them to anyone!!!!!
