We have only used Creative Characters services intermittently, because the work was not always up to snuff, but mostly because when we went there, it was impossible to tell what kind of mood the owners would be in -- and that seemed to have a lot to do with the quality of work we would get back. Discussing copy and finishing shops with other Philadelphians has always bolstered this opinion.

Over the past ten years I've dealt with a wide range of printers - on small jobs covering a few dozen pieces, to large multi-million piece direct mail jobs. Never before have I encountered such crude, petty, and dismissive service as I have with the owners of Creative Characters.

My office has been using Creative Characters for years. They are so attentive to my needs. Their creative solutions and suggestions have saved me on many occasions. Jared is always so pleasant and helpful. Eric is a doll. He brings our ideas to life. They all are knowledgeable and I've had nothing but excellent experiences with them. I would highly recommend.
