On the plus side the facility was clean and most of the time the food was good. My dad had to be feed and there were times that I went in and his food was still sitting and was cold. I had to have it reheated and feed him myself. My dad couldn't get out of bed on his own and there were times that I found out that he hadn't been out of bed all day. That's not acceptable.
