This is the best store. There are two floors to it but they do have elevator access if needed. The sales people are always friendly and there is never any pressure to buy anything. I love the way they've changed it to show all their food items in one area as they used to be scattered throughout the store.

I have bought several of the cookware items. They seem to be holding up just fine. Also the home decor section is a great place to find something unique. They seem to change the stock over pretty often too.

Eh. Their stuff is pretty nice but if you can afford the prices, go with Pottery Barn.
