I have had Crane's doing our Holiday cards now for the past 5+ years. The customer service is outstanding! Kudo's especially go out to Billy for being so thoughtful and kind. A great employee is hard to find & keep...great job!

This is the place to go if you need beautiful paper. It is kind of old-fashioned, but that's what makes this place so great. Clerks are old-school and helpful. Just being in the store brings back nostalgic memories of when people used to pen letters on real paper by hand. Great for traditional or wedding gifts.

Cranes- upperclass but not so snooty.

When you look into Crane's, you see hardwood, glass cases, and tons of leatherbound books. You think to yourself, "No chance I"m going in there." But, alas, you do, and you find yourself in a happy world of quality writing instruments and ways to correspond with the people you love. There's something about Cranes that makes you happy, and wish you really did write letters instead of e-mail.
