Failed root canal, 2 years of pain with jaw deformity. Rude office manager (Kay) and they make you feel like they only want your money. No concern for your well being or outcome. Left me in tears after procedures and after phone calls. Office manager tells the patient it's your fault you didn't follow instructions. I can't emphasize RUDE and UNCARING enough. Not impressed at all with him. He could not get me numb and the procedure was very painful to say the least. The tooth continued to bother me until I finally went to another endodontist who discovered that Dr. Johnson had missed one of the canals! So...I had to pay to have a redo of the root canal that was never done correctly! When I asked for a partial refund, no answer from Dr. Johnson!

I have been really happy with the staff and the care that I have received here. I had a failed root canal by another dentist that had been pretty brutal. Dr Johnson was able to fix it and I was without discomfort for the first time in three years. He is always very gentle, checks in about how my comfort level is. His staff is wonderful. I would highly recommend this dentist.

He put me in the chair, anethsitised me and then had me sign a contract. I was assured that the procedure was totally covered by my insurance. It was not, and now he wants me to come up with the cash or he'll turn me over to the bill collectors. Very unscrupulous business.
