They did the job adequately and the price was very competitive. The workers are friendly and they try pretty hard. Nevertheless, they mismeasured our windows, which is bad by itself, but did not even both to explain or tell us that they had. Their solution to addressing their mistakes did not illustrate much creativity or craftsmanship. They did not bother to ask us what we might have thought...

Project was rushed. Unprofessional installers used a can of spray paint from the hardware store to match color on incorrectly delivered components. They used the same spraypaint to 'touch up' scratches they made on other components. Every spot is visible as discoloration. Lifetime warrenty of finish invalid now because of spraypaint. Installers left trash in the yard. We contacted the owner...
