We hired CP's to do a particularly difficult chimney job that included both interior and exterior chimney repair. It was a job that kept presenting unpredictable problems. CP's addressed each of them without increasing their original contract price except in one very fair circumstance. They protected plantings as best they could in erecting their scaffold. They did no damage to gutters or slate...
