Overall my experience with this bar has been good.
The service can be a little slow at times, but its not as bad as some people make it out to be.
Overall the staff is friendly and easy to get along with.
The events that take place at this bar blow away the other bars in the extremely boring town of Yuma. There is usually Karaoke on Wednesday and a live band every Saturday. Compared to the other bars in town that rotate one DJ every other Friday this bar is way ahead in the entertainment category.
The best nights to party here are Wednesday, Saturday and any other night with an event except Friday. You may want to spend your Friday nights at the other bar that has the DJ if your looking to party with people.
In agreement with 'cinderella''s review - will never go back! It is not all that! They claim that this is a dance hall, saloon, restaurant and even store. THEY ARE NOT SUCCESSFUL AT ANY OF THESE THINGS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Food took forever to get, and wasn't worth the wait! (Especially after getting the bill)
We now know why there weren't a lot of people in there!
AWFUL food, AWFUL service, AWFUL gal running the place. Will never go back
Better have a lot of time to eat at this place, because it takes forever to get your food, the waitresses have no idea what they are doing, and you would be better off walking to the nearest liquor store across to get a beer!

Cowboy country is 9,900 square feet of fun, good food, and excellent entertainment. Complete with a large dance floor, large stage, four pool tables, full service restaurant and full service bar.
Construction on the new building began June 27th, 2007 and completed June of 2008. We opened our doors to the public July 2nd, 2008. Ours is a spacious facility, the decor is all country, rough cut cedar on the walls, and a warm burgundy ceiling with ceiling fans and chandeliers. An antique bar from the 1920's, used originally at Mauro Castle Bar, of Omaha, Nebraska was brought in for a final touch of nostalgia.
Cowboy Country has already introduced many new bands to our local Country Music scene. Nashville recording artist Erik Johnson and his Country Contraband have also performed on our grand stage. In the future some national artists will be brought in as well. The stage is 18'x35' with a large dance floor. It is our goal to entertain and serve customers of all walks of life and all ages each and every night.
The establishment also hosts private parties, weddings, holiday events, meetings, fund raisers, traditional gatherings and other scheduled affairs, large and small, without closing our doors to the public.
