For great buffalo burgers, sandwiches, and spectacular homemade desserts... try the Cowboy Cafe in Dubois, Wyoming. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are available with outdoor seating. Dubois is a fabulous cowboy town and the Cowboy Cafe will please.
Among the homemade, blue-ribbon dishes served at this small restaurant in downtown Dubois are sandwiches, steaks, buffalo burgers, chicken, pork, baby back ribs, and fish. For dessert the peach caramel crisp and chocolate bourbon pecan pie are not soon forgotten. You can also grab a hearty breakfast and sip coffee alongside the cowboy clientele.
Got a delicious dinner here one night and enjoyed ourselves completely. Seems like a lot of locals frequent the place, so you gear a lot of "hi, how are you doing, such and such?"
Burgers are yummy, homemade soups, chicken and salads all were tasty. After dinner save room for the homemade pie!
They have a great burger and pie. We were here around 6 on a Sunday and it was starting to get pretty busy. The waitresses were not organized and it took way too long to get served, which I attribute to their lack of communication. They had people waiting to sit, so I would think they would want to turn...
