I have been with a specific physician for quite a few years, the physician transferred to this practice, needless to say I am very disappointed in the fact that my calls go unanswered, the triage nurse never calls you back, I was told to make a appt., for a med-check 2 weeks out, need my maint., drug refilled now, no answer on that issue at all...I will be calling my health insurance company to...

Same issue as other reviewers. I could not schedule a appointment without first speaking to the nurse. The nurse did not contact me despite repeated calls. I had no alternative but to seek medical attention through Urgent Care. I will be finding a new PCP. Very sad :(
