I had a great time staying at the Courtyard. If you like to walk to multiple restaurants, bars, and other nightlife after a day of work, this location is great. If you like peace and quiet, stay at the Marriott Mesa. However, you will pay the price - - the room's are overpriced.
The walls are paper thin...you can hear everything in the rooms next to you. The beds are horrible. Not confortable. No down comforters either. The front desk doesn't answer the phone! Don't stay here if you can help it!
Overall the hotel is in a good location if you want to party or are attending an ASU football game. If you plan on staying here for business and expect to be able to get to sleep before 2AM during the week then forget it.
