Our room was large, clean, neat. and up-to-date. It was nicely decorated. Bathroom was clean. We also used the workout facilities. The equipment was adequate and basic (i.e. one stationary bike, 3 treadmills, one elliptical machine, and weights).\n\nThe hotel was fine, however, breakfast was not included. We bought breakfast at the hotel.

Location close to campus. Not many other options, so...I'm sure it's ok, just frustrating visit for me due to issues listed plus a couple not listed.\n\nDisappointing for new hotel. Halls smelled of rotten eggs or sulfur. Outside keyed entry would re lock before you could open it. Required second person. Staff told me to just walk around to front. Pool deck was slippery and poorly lit...
