I stayed there for 2 weeks on a business trip. Overall the hotel is good for business travel.
I found the rates charged for the breakfast items quite high with limited variety.
They do not allow food delivery to the room, so you have to get down to the lobby to collect the food delivered to you.
The check-in went smoothly and they were professional and polite.
The room is spacious, and clean.
The heating & A/C is noisy but controllable.
The hotel is by a busy road so there is road noise all day and all night, which makes getting a decent sleep hard.

I must admit that I will be staying at the courtyard by Marriott hotels more frequently. I typically stay at a different chain but decided to try the courtyard this time. Staff was incredibly friendly, respectful and helpful. Although the rooms were a bit smaller than I'm accustomed to they were laid out very efficiently and the bedding was perfect....
I only went for 1 night arrived at 5p and left at 10:00a next morning. Liked the breakfast the breakfast normal one . Good location you just have to look for it but overall I had a great swim as I was the only one in the pool used the gym although the treadmill was broken was my only complain....
Booked on Priceline. The hotel is a bit hidden off Rt. 17S right near the northern intersection with RT 202 and Rts 287/87. The hotel seemed new. Very nice lobby ambiance.
