We stayed here for 20 nights & really enjoyed the hotel. Every member of staff we spoke to was friendly & helpful. Our only downside was having to ask 3 times to get mini fridge sorted which I know reception staff reported as they phoned while I was there at reception on the first 3 days of holiday.
