I stayed here for the CA Bar Exam and was unpleasantly surprised about the disorganized and rude staff. I was told I could check-in early because I requested an early check-in, however each time I tried to checked in, I was told a different time in which I could check in. Very nice for not being *****. Nice touch with the cookies on the lobby counter. It's in the middle of Chinatown with a lot of interesting restaurants if I'd had more time. We walked about 8 blocks to Jack London Square for dinner. The breakfast food has a generous assortment of cereals, pastires, juice - the usual continental breakfast food. The omlettes with your choice of additives...
