I lived at this building for half a year. I had problems with ventilation and rotting odors. The super took 3 months to find a solution only after I threatened to file a complaint with the state health board. Then a few weeks into summer the super turned my central A/C off because I kept the apt set to 69' instead of 74'. Kate Kenny (the super) continued for two weeks with false claims of HVAC repairs and visits while my A/C was down through the hottest (100') part of the summer.
