place looks nice for the price you pay for rent, so i took it. Problem. walls are paper thin, i mean paper thin, they have went through management like crazy. pool always jammed, no balcony is a real bummer, laundry is nice if you need to wash one shirt at time, but two the laundry will not get done

Country Park Apartments was my first apartment and I have very fond memories in them. I currently live in Florida, and can honestly say between office staff, cost of rent, the constructs of the buildings, bugs, and noise levels I'd take Counrty Park back in a heartbeat. I guess with renting there will always be problems but I had minimal to no complaints living at Country Park. We'll be back to...

You basically get what you pay for. I agree with the first review. We have lived here for 9 months and are ready to leave!

I have lived here for over a year now. The pool seems to have a lot of "filter" issues. But the apartments are clean and quiet. I very seldom hear my neighbors or their kids. Everyone is friendly in our corner and seem to get along. The management fixes anything I have reported as needing attention. Overall, it is one of the better apartments I have lived in.

incompetent management

The apartments themselves are nice for the price. The management can't seem to get things straight, however. From the day I was supposed to move in I wasn't able to unless I picked a new apartment since the one I signed for wasn't cleaned on time. So I ended up having to pay for a more expensive apartment in order to have a place to live. Then I was given an eviction notice by mistake later in my lease. Several times during the winter the plows did not come through until 10 a.m. The place isn't horrible, but can be a hassle at times.
